A growing number of parents who use our service currently pay by standing order as this guarantees their places for the year. If you know which sessions you will need for the whole year we can work out a monthly amount for you, which can be paid directly from your bank account. Below is a standing order form which covers the whole year. Simply complete the relevant form and post or e-mail it to the address on the form. We will then let you know how much your monthly amount will be so you can set up the payment through your bank.

To achieve all the benefits above this must be with us in time for you to set up for the first payment to be made at the beginning of August. The early start date will help us make your monthly payment as small as possible and fits in with our policy of payment in advance.

Once you have filled in your booking form (available at www.superkids.co.uk) and posted or e-mailed it to the office you can pay the amount for the half term (or part payment if over £100.00) with an online bank transfer. Our account details are as follows:

IMPORTANT –
Whenever you make an online transfer please quote your child’s Superkids ID number first (written on the front of this envelope or available from your club supervisor), then your child’s name and school name if space allows.
Please do not make a payment without an accompanying booking form.

We accept payment by childcare vouchers from many different voucher providers. For those parents who use a childcare voucher scheme to help with childcare costs the same rules about payment in advance will apply. Please ensure that your childcare voucher payment is sent to us, either by e-voucher or paper voucher, in enough time to cover your childcare costs. We can help you set up a regular voucher amount (similar to a standing order) through your voucher provider by working out a monthly cost - please contact the office on 0845 0066776 or by e-mail at superkidsltd@btinternet.com.

If your employer doesn’t have a voucher scheme and you would like them to set one up, contact us with your employer’s details and our sister company Family Vouchers would be happy to help them. It could save you over £1000.00 a year in childcare costs so it’s worth a phone call!

Cash can be handed in to the club as now. However, the booking form should be posted or e-mailed to the addresses below, ensuring the child’s name and ID number are included.

One thing which causes our supervisors extra difficulties is last minute bookings. To reflect this there will be an additional charge for bookings made within 24 hours of when a session is required. The charge will be £2.00 per session for After School and £1.00 for Before School places. This charge will also apply to any changes made to existing bookings.
